We wanted to talk about an untapped source of data: that found in your documents! We've considerably improved our extraction module, and are being contacted for a multitude of uses.

One emblematic case is that of Batisanté , for which we made a video.

What's not shown in the video is that after organizing the information in a database, we pushed this information onto a Datavisualization solution. This provided a whole range of useful indicators, including the fact that of the two main service providers, one was twice as efficient as the other. Of course, this was impossible to detect with data that remained compartmentalized within the document.

The customer database on the old ERP system, with its incomplete, non-standardized data and its profusion of duplicates, is the perfect example of a data snake.
